Some of his major influences are Bob Marly, Ed Sheered, Bruno Mars, John Mayer, Van Morrison, Parmalee, Zack Brown, JJ Grey, The Eagles, John Cougar Mellencamp, Rolling Stones, Motown, Reggae, Country and most important Rock /Soul and so much more.
Mike considers himself not only a Chef by trade but an entertainer, and his passion for culinary arts and music go hand. To be able to create delicious food that you eat while listening to him play music is truly what he considers “living the dream”.
